Where do I start on this fishing report??? This past week we have seen a number of things change and there are quite a few different fish on the menu.
Dolphin are showing in good numbers between 200’ & 1,200’.
The cobia migration has started early so we have cobia on the beach and on the offshore wrecks and ledges and the King Mackerel have shown up almost overnight and the pogies are all over the beach.
Bull reds are in the river and offshore.
From 120 - 200 feet, the bottom fishing is on fire with triggerfish, vermilion snapper & red porgy.
AND… starting May 1st , grouper season is open again.
Additionally, remember red snapper is open July 12, 13, 14, 19 & 20. We have boats available for all these days.
